HOBOKEN, N.J. — NJ Transit is investigating what caused the wheel of a locomotive engine to run off a rail at a Hoboken rail yard Monday morning. No one was injured in the incident, which occurred at about 7:30 a.m., when a wheel of the front truck of the locomotive engine derailed, said Courtney Carroll, a NJ Transit spokeswoman said.
