WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Mediation Board (NMB) receives a broad spectrum of calls and letters including inquiries from the Press, Congress, employees, students, researchers, union members, attorneys and others. The subject matter of these calls ranges from labor relations to employment law to general information. The on line Help Desk has been developed to serve as the best NMB source for a wide range of information and therefore is recommended as the first choice for quick and accurate information.
The Help Desk is designed for on line usage, and it incorporates many hyperlinks to the NMB’s own web site and to other government web sites in an effort to be as helpful as possible, even when an inquiry is outside the venue of the National Mediation Board.
