Washington, D.C. — In the interest of enhancing communication and providing superior service, the National Mediation Board (NMB) has restructured its operations. The NMB has six senior managers, all of whom report directly to the Board Members.

The Deputy Chief of Staff for Mediation is Larry Gibbons.
