NEW YORK — Norfolk Southern Corp. COO Mark D. Manion sold 32,030 shares of the stock on the open market in a transaction dated Friday, June 6. The shares were sold at an average price of $101.55, for a total value of $3,252,646.50. Following the completion of the transaction, the chief operating officer now directly owns 28,512 shares in the company, valued at approximately $2,895,394.
