NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk Southern Corporation announced the regular quarterly dividend of 59 cents per share on its common stock, payable on Sept. 10 to stockholders of record on Aug. 7. Since its inception in 1982, Norfolk Southern has paid dividends on its common stock for 132 consecutive quarters.
