NEW YORK — Analyst Donald Broughton of AG Edwards downgrades Norfolk Southern Corp from “buy” to “hold.”
In a research note published this morning, the analyst mentions that the downgrade in the rating is based on valuation. According to the analyst, the decline in Norfolk Southern’s operating metrics possibly reflects capacity constraints in a few of the company’s franchises.
