Norfolk Southern sold its Roanoke headquarters building for $30 million, less than assessed value

ROANOKE, Va. — Norfolk Southern sold its 21-story downtown Norfolk headquarters to TowneBank and the Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters for far less than the assessed value, according to a recorded deed with the city.
