BISMARCK, N.D. — North Dakota leaders have penciled in time to meet with the chief executive officer of the railway involved in this week’s explosive derailment near Casselton. Gov. Jack Dalrymple visited BNSF Railway CEO Matt Rose on Friday at the company’s headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas.
