NORFOLK, Va. — Norfolk Southern continues to experience service interruptions due to flooding conditions at Hannibal, Missouri requiring NS traffic between Decatur, IL and Kansas City, MO to be diverted to operate via St Louis, MO. At this time conditions are expected to improve approximately Saturday April 6, 2019 and updates will continue to be provided. Traffic is being rerouted in order to minimize the impact, however customers with shipments normally moving over this route should expect delays of 12 to 24 hours.
