Norfolk Southern, the railway company at the center of the East Palestine derailment disaster, will alert some residents that their well water might not be safe. The ‘Potable Well Task Group’ is heading into the community Saturday to knock on the doors of people whose well water has been deemed ‘at risk’ of contamination.
