NEW ORLEANS — A railroad worker found dead Saturday after being hit by a train in New Orleans east has been identified as Kyle Liebold, Norfolk Southern Railway spokeswoman Susan Terpay said Sunday. Terpay said the 25-year-old Norfolk Southern employee died after being struck by a company train.
