NEW YORK — Federal hearings into a Metro-North Railroad derailment that injured dozens and an accident that killed a foreman have been rescheduled for Nov. 6 and 7. The original National Transportation Safety Board hearings, scheduled for Oct. 22 and 23, were canceled because of the partial shutdown of the federal government.
