PHILADELPHIA — Federal investigators will meet next week to detail the probable cause of last year’s fatal Amtrak train derailment in Philadelphia. The National Transportation Safety Board’s meeting Tuesday in Washington will be held just over a year after the crash that killed eight people and injured more than 200 others.
