OGDEN, Utah — Some Weber County residents and business owners said they are frustrated they are getting trapped in their neighborhood by Union Pacific trains. They said the problem is the trains heading into the yard near 24th, are too long, and they are blocking they both the 17th and 1200 west tracks, the only way in and out of their Ogden and Marriott-Slatersville neighborhoods.
