U.S. Sens. Sherrod Brown, D-OH, and JD Vance, R-OH, and U.S. Rep. Marcy Kaptur, D-Toledo, sent a letter to Norfolk Southern CEO Alan Shaw on Wednesday demanding the railroad company take responsibility and pay immediately for costs to repair damage caused in Sandusky following an Oct. 8 train derailment that spilled paraffin wax onto a road and surrounding area.
