WASHINGTON, D.C. — According to the Journal of Commerce, Musket Corp. plans to open a crude-oil export terminal at Windsor, Colo., for unit train shipments using a newly constructed four-mile loop on the Great Western Railway, which interchanges with BNSF and Union Pacific.
