PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — When someone mentions NJ Transit, the state-owned transit system serving New Jersey from top to bottom, the first concepts that spring to mind aren’t exactly “reliability” or “ease of use”. But a New York Times story, published Friday, took NJ Transit riders’ laments to another level: the country’s paper of record believes one specific NJ Transit train is the absolute worst commuter train in the United States.
