NEWARK, N.J. — Throughout my career, I have helped plan and deliver some of the largest and most complex infrastructure projects in the New York-New Jersey region. I’ve seen good projects live and good projects die; circumstances change and political winds howl. But never have I been as enthusiastic about the opportunity to advance the Gateway Program and truly transform the way people in this region move around. We cannot let this moment go to waste.
