MOOSE JAW, Sask. — When I think about what the Teamsters union wants and them not getting it, it shocks me that more people aren’t freaking out. In my eyes, CP Rail is the perfect corporate monster. In recent years they’ve cut back their workforce significantly and are adding more pressure on their existing employees. They’re saving money by not having to pay benefits for new employees and are forcing their workers to work longer hours despite exhaustion.
