KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — The push for a bullet train between Portland, Seattle and Vancouver, BC, is getting additional backing. The state of Oregon and Microsoft Corporation are putting money into an in-depth “business case analysis” previously launched by Washington and British Columbia.
