NEWARK, N.J. — The good news for PATH commuters is the Port Authority finally settled contracts on Thursday with two unions representing employees who operate the trains and have waited a decade for a settlement. The agreement with the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers covers 190 PATH employees and was unanimously approved by the board of commissioners.
