NEW YORK — All train service is suspended in and out of Penn Station this morning.
A track fire and a suspicious package caused the delays. The track fire was reported around five a.m. and caused the early delays.
Around 8:20 this morning a suspicious package was seen in the Amtrak area. Amtrak says it reported the package to New York City police who evacuated Penn Station.
The Long island Rail Road suspended service in and out of Penn at 8:25 a.m.
