WASHINGTON, D.C. — D.C. police have identified the two CSX employees who were killed when they were hit by an Amtrak train late Tuesday. Police identified the men as Stephen Deal, 20, of Meyersdale, Pa., and Jake LaFave, 25, of Cumberland, Md.
