Police mystified about how motorist got onto NS railroad bridge before falling into Ohio River

PITTSBURGH, Pa. — Investigators are trying to determine how a woman managed to drive onto a railroad bridge Thursday in Pittsburgh before her sport-utility vehicle veered off and plummeted 70 feet into the Ohio River below.
