JOHNSTOWN, Pa. — Norfolk Southern says it’s still talking with a potential buyer, for the Hollidaysburg car shops, and it still hopes to sell that empty building as soon as possible.
But the railroad isn’t saying who that buyer night be, or how much money the building could bring in.
Northfolk Southern filed a report this week with the surface transportation commission, updating its efforts to sell the empty shops.
The railroad is working with both state and local economic developers, to try t o sell or lease that facility.
