WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. House Transportation Committee will hold a hearing Tuesday on the derailment of an Amtrak train in Philadelphia that killed eight people. Witnesses include National Transportation Safety Board Chairman Christopher Hart, Amtrak President Joseph H. Boardman, Federal Railroad Administration Acting Administrator Sarah Feinberg, and Dennis R. Pierce, national president of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen.
