MUNCIE, Ind. — The first locomotive produced in Muncie for a British railroad company will be unveiled next week. Progress Rail Services will hold a ceremony to “unveil the name and first public presentation of a newly-designed locomotive” at 2 p.m. June 10 at the Progress Rail plant on Cowan Road. The plant is the former Westinghouse and ABB facility.
