Proposed terminal at Port of Albany would heat crude brought by rail

ALBANY, N.Y. — The GlobalPartners crude oil terminal at the Port of Albany is looking to expand operations by installing a system to heat crude brought in by rail and make it easier and quicker to pump onto barges headed down the Hudson River to coastal refineries.
