KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. — Whether or not James Forshee killed Emery Connor at BNSF Railway offices in Klamath Falls is not in dispute. What remains at issue is whether or not Forshee was criminally responsible for the shooting — whether he lost control of his actions or knew exactly what he was doing.
