NEW YORK — R. J. Corman Railroad Group, LLC has finalized an agreement to acquire Owego and Harford Railway, Inc (OHRY), Lehigh Railway, LLC (LRWY), and Luzerne and Susquehanna Railway Company (LS), as well as short line transload service provider TranZ.
