CLEVELAND, October 25 — BLET Divisions in the Houston area are sponsoring a raffle to benefit the family of Brother G.Y. (Greg) Bailey, who lost his life in a head on collision of two Union Pacific trains in Shepard, Texas on September 15.
Brother Bailey was Local Chairman of BLET Division 62 in Houston and is survived by his wife, Kathie, and four children: Elise, Caylin, Brennan and Ashley.
A custom-made smoker pit is first prize in the raffle and a computer is second prize. The smoker-pit is valued at $1,700.
Raffle tickets are available for $5 each or five for $20. Winners will be selected on December 17.
If tickets are purchased by mail please, then please send a self-addressed envelope with your check or money order so your ticket stubs can be mailed back to you.
BLET Divisions 62, 139, and 194 in Houston are sponsoring the raffle, along with Division 711 in Baytown, Texas.

The Yambras also note that all donations will be accepted. The sponsoring divisions are also offering free shipping on the pit or computer to prize winners who do not live in Houston.
The smoker-pit is a deluxe two-door model that measures 20×42 inches. Capacity is 1,218 square inches in the smoker and 400 square inches for grilling in the firebox.
The computer is a Compaq DeskPro EXD PIII/1000Mhz with 256MB of memory, a 20GB hard drive, a CD-ROM reader, and a Sony CD-RW 52 speed burner.
