ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — A small group of advocates of the Southwest Chief train gathered Wednesday at Amtrak’s Albuquerque station to urge New Mexico to support a $4 million a year cost-sharing agreement that would upgrade 636 miles of track from Lamy to eastern Kansas.
