SAN ANTONIO — Investigators are looking into a train derailment in East San Antonio.
About nine railcars went off the tracks at the Union Pacific Railyard near Interstate 35 and Walters about 5 p.m. Tuesday.
Union Pacific said there were no hazardous materials on board. The train was only carrying vehicles and a few empty tank cars.
Crews spent several hours Tuesday night cleaning up the mess.
There were no injuries.
