SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Decorative concrete on 17 pieces of railroad bridge will be removed this week after huge chunks of that concrete collapsed onto a city street last Thursday. New York Susquehanna & Western, which owns the bridge, will hire contractors to remove all remaining fascia from a bridge that collapsed in the city.
