Burlington Northern rose $.01 or percent, to $86.40.
CSX rose $.07 or .1 percent, to $46.84.
Canadian National rose $.40 or .8 percent, to $53.10.
Canadian Pacific rose $.68 or 1.4 percent, to $48.24.
Kansas City Southern rose $.12 or .4 percent, to $28.78.
Norfolk Southern rose $.53 or 1.1 percent, to $49.68.
Union Pacific rose $.60 or .9 percent, to $64.13.
