The BLET Education & Training Department conducted several Zoom training sessions over a three-day period this week. More than 80 BLET Division, General Committee of Adjustment, and State Legislative Board Secretary-Treasurers took part. Multiple training sessions were held at different times throughout the week to best accommodate S-T work schedules and the different time zones across the country. “The Zoom sessions provided a valuable opportunity to review end-of-year reporting and compliance due dates, as well as important changes to the Bylaws,” said BLET National Secretary-Treasurer David Estes, who heads the Education & Training Department. In addition to Brother Estes, National Division staffers taking part in the training included Megan Mead, Director of Records and Compliance; Walt Schmidt, Director of Online Services; Luke Myers, Director of Bylaws Administration; and Rich Bartela, BLET Special Representative.
