MOSELLE, Mo. — As 2015 came to a close late last week, historic floodwaters in the Moselle area receded and the drying out process got underway. That meant as 2016 began, repair work started on the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad tracks there after they were covered in 2 to 3 feet of water at the flood’s high-water mark.
