WASHINGTON, D.C. — U.S. Rep. Bill Shuster, whose Pennsylvania district includes Franklin and Fulton counties, announced Tuesday that he won’t seek re-election in November. He is in his final year of being chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee under term limits established by Republicans.
