WASHINGTON, D.C. — Representatives from both sides of the fence blasted a proposed transportation spending plan by Rep. John Mica (R-Fla.), who serves as Chairman of the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. According to the Journal of Commerce, the proposal under-funds investment in highways and ports. The Journal of Commerce also reports that Mica is set to publicly release the full plan later today.
