ALBANY, N.Y. — Craig Waltz Sr. purchased a New York State Lottery Million Dollar Wish Instant Game at the Ravena Cumberland Farms, and scratched his way to winning one million dollars.
The 64-year-old is a former CSX railroad engineer, who now sells Avon products. He says he’ll keep his current job because he has a lot of customers who depend on him.
