Los Angeles television station CBS-2 carried a report on remote control locomotives on July 15. In the report, investigative reporter Randy Paige interviews Tim Smith, Chairman of the BLE s California State Legislative Board, and Louis Fernandez, Legislative Representative of BLE Division 383.
