ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Rochester’s new train station is officially open for business. Gov. Andrew Cuomo joined local leaders such as Rep. Louise Slaughter, a fellow Democrat, and other state officials for Friday’s grand opening of the new station in downtown Rochester.
