TRENTON, N.J. — The death of Robert Stacey Brown has been ruled a suicide, according to a final report on the cause and manner of death from the Butler County Coroner’s Office.
Toxicology tests revealed the presence of alcohol and prescription drugs in Brown’s body, according to Investigator Debby Lacey.
