STAMFORD, Conn. — Metro-North’s top management invited commuters to sound off Thursday afternoon, and they were happy to comply. With a rare opportunity to talk face-to-face with senior executives of the nation’s busiest railroad, a few rush-hour commuters stepped through a crowd of photographers to meet President Joseph Giulietti and his management team near the Metro-North station’s ticket booth.
