Romanian website Glasul indicates a Moscow to Beijing Transsiberian high speed rail project has been awarded to China Railway High-speed (CRH), a subsidiary of the state-controlled China Railway (CR). It would reduce a seven-day trip to two days and eventually be part of a several high speed rail lines from China to Europe and throughout south and central Asia.
