AIKEN, S.C. — An Aiken County jury has awarded $275,000 to a man who claims to suffer permanent lung injuries from a deadly South Carolina train wreck and chemical spill.
Attorney Paul Dominick said Tuesday the case is the first resulting from the January 2005 crash to be decided by a jury.
