BEXAR COUNTY, Texas — A second worker has died following a rail car fire at the Alamo Junction Rail Park on May 10. A man was cleaning crude oil inside the rail car when something caused the residue to spark and ignite a fire. Firefighters had trouble rescuing the man due to the small opening that leads to the rail car. A second worker was airlifted to Brooke Army Medical center in critical condition. On Monday night the second worker passed away.
