NEW YORK — The U.S. Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works (EPW) has unanimously passed its surface transportation reauthorization bill, a bipartisan measure supported by the Association of American Railroads (AAR) and the American Short Line and Regional Railroad Association (ASLRRA).
