PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — SEPTA transit police officers went back to the bargaining table Thursday, a few hours after the union’s strike passed the 24-hour mark. The union confirmed that U.S. Rep. Bob Brady (D, Pa.) had been brought in to help with negotiations after the union reached out to him this week. The two sides were meeting at City Hall.
