PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — SEPTA officials are slated to detail the agency’s contingency plans in case workers go on strike after their contract expires at midnight. The transit agency is negotiating with the Transport Workers Union Local 234. The contract that expires at 12:01 a.m. Saturday covers about 4,700 SEPTA employees in the city.
